In the next stage, ADC is expected to complete the Final Investigation Conclusion and report to the Minister in charge of Industry, Energy and Emission Reduction (Minister) no later than December 13, 2021. The Minister will decide on the imposition or non-imposition of anti-dumping tax on copper pipes within 30 days from the date of receipt of the ADC’s report.
In 2020, the export turnover of the investigated item from Vietnam to Australia reached approximately 19.6 million USD.
