Starting at 0:00 on August 16, 2021, the system will work normally.

All notices of fee payment declared but not yet paid before 00:00 on August 15, 2021 will be cancelled. By August 16, 2021, businesses will make a re-declaration on the system to pay money to the new toll collection unit.

Previously, according to Decision 2979/QD-UBND dated November 29, 2019 of Hai Phong City People’s Committee, Hai Phong Department of Finance received the task of collecting fees from Hai An district from December 1, 2019.

On December 16, 2019, the Department of Finance implemented the form of fee collection using electronic receipts instead of paper receipts.
