Previously, on September 28, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a Decision to apply official anti-dumping measures to a number of extruded aluminum products originating from China.
The provisional anti-dumping tax rate applied to Chinese aluminum extrusion exporters is from 2.49 to 35.58%. The number of Chinese manufacturers investigated in the case is 16.
According to regulations, within 60 days before the end of one year from the date of the latest decision on the review results of anti-dumping measures, relevant parties have the right to submit a request for review of the application of anti-dumping measures. CBPG.
In the first review, according to the Decision announced in April 2022, manufacturers and exporters were subject to anti-dumping measures with anti-dumping tax rates ranging from 4.39 to 35.58 %. The number of Chinese manufacturers and exporters subject to anti-dumping duties is 18 companies. Anti-dumping measures will take effect 5 days after their issuance.
